Jonah 1:17
Now the LORD had prepared a great fish to swallow up Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights.

The number 333 does not appear in the Bible, and the Bible does not teach reading messages in repeated numbers. Many people connect it with Jeremiah 33:3 — “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not” — and that invitation is in the Bible: God calls his people to pray.

The idea of “angel numbers” comes from numerology, not from Scripture, which asks us not to seek guidance in omens (Deuteronomy 18:10-12). What Jeremiah 33:3 offers is better than a sign: a promise of an answer to whoever calls on God. The prophet heard those words in prison, and they speak of restoration after ruin.
In the Bible, 3 speaks of confirmation and of God's decisive moments: Jonah spent three days in the belly of the fish (Jonah 1:17), and Jesus rose on the third day (1 Corinthians 15:4). And “a threefold cord is not quickly broken” (Ecclesiastes 4:12).
Now the LORD had prepared a great fish to swallow up Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights.
For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
